The Inventum double cold zone fryer GF461B has a total capacity of 5 litres, per frying pan 2,5 litres. The frying pans each have a power of 1800 The fryer is equipped with removable inner pans and a stainless steel housing. With the double fryer you can fry fries and snacks at the same time. The heating element hangs directly in the liquid fryer grease. As a result, the temperature sensor reacts much faster than with a traditional fryer. The fries burn quickly and become extra crispy.

Cold zone

The heating element hangs a few centimeters above the bottom of the liquid fryer grease of the cold zone fryer. Because the heat radiates upwards, the fat stays cooler at the bottom. Fryer remains sink to this cold zone and do not burn. This means the fat lasts longer and you suffer less from fryer air.
 

Easy to clean

This fryer cleaning is very easy. You can put blanket, frying basket and reservoir in the dishwasher. You clean the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth and a little detergent.
